When PGO provides this service, the maximum opportunity is obtained to positively influence the outcome of the Project. Most of the time, the Client's team loses irrecoverable time that is very valuable to arrive at the expected end; for this reason, we act in the early stages of it and adapt the basic guidelines of the Project Management Institute (PMI) according to the type of Project to be developed; it is there that the PM must act accordingly. The team acts as an extension of the Client Organization, managing the Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of the Project. 

This is the best method for "Fast Track" projects. It maximizes competition, is flexible when unforeseen changes occur, and generates cost savings. PGO is responsible for the Client's largest and most valuable assets; in the development of the Project, the generation of ideas and tools to integrate the Client's teams with ours will be promoted, in this way risks are minimized and work is done more efficiently. Critical Path (CP)

A Master Plan allows us to integrate the complete process of a Project, from Design, Bidding, Purchasing, Construction, Commissioning to Start Up. 

It is impossible to track a project without this tool specialized in project management, and it would even be impossible to know the impacts in time and money of client changes due to fortuitous events. 

It is through a professional control of the program that will allow the whole team to have a detailed map of how to get to the destination.

Process Improvement (PI)

Projects are complex, requiring collaborative efforts from various areas of an Organization. 

PGO provides personalized services with the aim of implementing process methodologies to be able to standardize, structure and organize the way of working projects and allow us to be able to repeat successes and learn from mistakes.

Owners Rep (OR)

Risk Analysis (RA)

In all Investment Projects the appearance of unforeseen events and changes is inevitable, in order to mitigate these risks that compromise the delivery time and / or the amount of the Investment, a risk analysis is required, fundamental for the management of the Project. 

Risks must be identified, classified, analyzed and measured to know the impact on the Project and its specialized attention by a team to mitigate adverse deviations.

Project Management Office (PMO)

The Project Management Office (PMO) is an entity established to manage projects that comprehensively meet strategic or tactical objectives of the company, and its function is mainly focused on improving quality and increasing the return on investment. They are vital entities in the development of the company's maturation model.
